6. As mentioned previously, you can store notes in PSD files for yourself or your collegaues. This feature can save paper and is great when when working with complex and involved images. With this, you can store in the image what further steps need to be made until the document is completed. To create a document note, Grab the Notes Tool from the tools palette.
7. In the Tool Settings Bar towards the top of the screen, enter your name or the name of your site. Then choose the font for the text that will be created in the note. Finally, choose a note color. (Note colors are useful when you have multiple notes in one documents.)
8. Now that all of the Note settings have been defined, click anywhere in the document to create the note. Then simply type the note in the box that appears.
